Job description
TekBricks is hiring a full-time Business Analyst in Waxhaw, North Carolina. In this on-site role, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions by working with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to analyze processes, define requirements, and support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business goals, needs, and pain points.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout project delivery.
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify that solutions meet business expectations.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Required Skills
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with requirements-gathering techniques.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Domain experience in banking, healthcare, retail, insurance, or a related industry.
- CBAP or CCBA certification is a plus.
