Job description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions at TekBricks in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements including BRD, FRD, and SRS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and pain points
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and wireframes to support development
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for efficiency
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Expertise in requirement-gathering techniques
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or similar industries
- Business Analyst certifications like CBAP or CCBA are a plus
