Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements including BRD, FRD, and SRS to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. Engage with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities, facilitating clear communication and expectation management. Translate business needs into precise functional and technical requirements that guide development and QA teams effectively. Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery on time and within scope. Create comprehensive process flows, use cases, user stories, and wireframes to visualize requirements and support agile development cycles. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating that solutions meet business expectations and quality standards before deployment. Conduct gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements that enhance operational effectiveness. Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for management to track project progress and inform strategic decisions. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex organizational structures. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, with practical experience applying them. Expertise in requirement-gathering techniques and documentation standards. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio for project management and process visualization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments to support iterative development. Domain expertise in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or similar industries. Professional BA certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus.
