Business Analyst in Waxhaw, NC - TekBricks

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS) Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and pain points Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and wireframes Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management Required Skills Strong experience as a Business Analyst Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies Experience with requirement-gathering techniques Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Domain experience (Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, etc.) BA certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina, United States Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000 per month
