As a Business Analyst at TekBricks, you will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and management to analyze business processes, gather detailed requirements, and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Gather and document comprehensive business requirements, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), ensuring clarity and completeness. Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs. Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops to facilitate communication, align expectations, and validate requirements. Prepare functional specifications and user stories that guide development teams in delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and tested, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. Perform gap analysis and impact analysis to assess changes and their effects on existing systems and processes. Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights, supporting data-driven decision-making. What We're Looking For Required: Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proven experience in requirement gathering and documentation with excellent analytical skills. Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Excel for project tracking and documentation. Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of databases and APIs is a plus. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Professional certification such as CBAP or ECBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
