Remote Business Collaborator (Part-Time) – United States

Kaizen Talenthub is hiring a part-time, remote Business Collaborator in the United States. In this role, you will build relationships and advance strategic initiatives across business functions. You will help teams address complex challenges, coordinate projects, and contribute to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives to expand market reach.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Coordinate projects and help deliver results on schedule.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
• Document project processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in meetings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Skills in business development, communication, project management, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with relevant project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Team and Reporting

You will collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team, report to project leads, and work closely with stakeholders across departments. Successful candidates can move projects forward through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
