Role Summary

Nonhlanhla Mlambo is seeking motivated Business Development & Sales Interns to join our expanding team. This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and AI workforce solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, fluent in English, and familiar with ChatGPT tools, ready to engage with potential clients and help grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop and apply lead-generation strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and business directories.
• Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces as strategic partners.
• Engage with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to present our AI workforce solutions and services.
• Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to pitch services, address client inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain detailed daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism and consistency.
