Key Responsibilities
- Research markets to identify qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls and other outreach to prospective clients, clearly communicating the company’s value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations about products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Partner with the marketing team on targeted prospect campaigns.
- Review sales data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support contract negotiations and deal closure while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in business development or a sales-related role.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated cold-calling skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
- Customer service and sales analysis experience preferred.
