Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high-potential leads and emerging business opportunities aligned with company goals. Engage in strategic cold calling and outreach campaigns to effectively communicate Bizpole’s value proposition to prospective clients. Develop and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our innovative products and services. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads. Analyze sales data and client feedback to evaluate outreach effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement. Assist in contract negotiations and closing deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive problem-solving approach. Demonstrated expertise in cold calling techniques and client outreach. Preferred: Experience in customer service and sales data analysis. Familiarity with negotiation processes and advanced sales strategies. Previous exposure to the business services industry.
