Job description
Tasks
- Source, negotiate, and close land acquisitions and lot assignment deals across Metro Atlanta
- Close third-party construction contracts (self-sourced and company-provided leads)
- Sell completed single-family inventory homes
- Build long-term relationships with investors, builders, and developers for JV and equity placements
Requirements
- 3+ years in real estate acquisitions, B2B sales, brokerage, or construction business development
- Active network of investors, builders, developers, or brokers in Metro Atlanta
- Self-directed, with a proven track record of managing a pipeline and closing deals
- Active GA real estate license is a plus (not required)

Pay
- $40K–$50K annual retainer
- uncapped commissions
- target OTE $138K at 35 deals/year, $172K
