Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering and construction sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and prequalification documents. Analyze market trends and identify strategic growth opportunities. Collaborate with Architecture, MEP, and Project Management teams to develop winning proposals. Represent DSC at meetings, networking events, and business development activities. Expand and maintain long-term client partnerships. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of business development experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or the AEC industry. Strong understanding of engineering services and project delivery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in developing client relationships and generating new business. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
