Distance Studio Consultants (DSC) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo, Georgia. If you are an Engineering graduate with a strong commercial mindset and experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering and construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and prequalification documents.
• Analyze market trends and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Architecture, MEP, and Project Management teams to develop winning proposals.
• Represent DSC in meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
• Expand and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of Business Development experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or the AEC industry
• Strong understanding of engineering services and project delivery
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in developing client relationships and generating new business
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Fluency in English
