Key Responsibilities Identify and appoint new distributors and importers across Mexico to establish and strengthen PRAN-RFL Group’s market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key trade partners to drive initial sales and ensure effective market penetration. Visit markets regularly to foster positive relationships with retailers and gather actionable market insights. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business development goals and revenue targets. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages within the Mexican market. Engage in effective negotiation with potential clients to secure contracts and long-term partnerships. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences. Prepare detailed sales performance and market trend reports for management review to inform strategic decisions. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales with a strong focus on business development, preferably in FMCG or related industries. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis. Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. Preferred: Experience working with distributors and importers in the Mexican market. Knowledge of ethnic and mainstream retail channels in Mexico. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
