Business Development Manager

About the role

Nimir Group is entering the Animal Nutrition sector, with an upcoming Palmitic Acid project.

Tasks

• Develop and manage the assigned regional territory by achieving sales, revenue and gross margin targets through dairy farms, feed mills and distributors.
• Conduct planned customer visits and farm visits to assess nutritional requirements, including ration composition, dry matter intake, body condition score, transition-cow health, milk yield, fat and protein.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable animal nutrition products, including bypass fat, glucose precursors, methionine, premixes, DCP, and toxin-management solutions.
• Plan, execute, and monitor product success in coordination with customers and the technical team, document results, and convert successful trials into repeat business.
• Develop and manage distributor relationships, expand market coverage, monitor channel performance, and ensure timely payment collection.

Requirements

• DVM or BSc/MSc in Animal Sciences with 4–6 years of relevant sales or business development experience in the feed, dairy, or animal health industry.
• Established territory network and relationships with dairy farms, feed mills, distributors, and relevant industry stakeholders.
