We are Hiring! Business Development Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Business Development experience in the Manpower Staffing, Recruitment, Executive Search, or HR Outsourcing industry.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience handling Australian, Canadian, UK, or other international clients is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings
