About the role
Winnipeg design-build and general contractor.
Tasks
- Meeting new clients first and guiding them through early design ideas, budgets and project feasibility
- Working closely with the in-house design and estimating teams to turn client ideas into buildable proposals
- Building long-term relationships with local business owners and getting out to industry events
Requirements
- Design experience
- Working knowledge of construction assemblies, building codes and the design-build process
- Great communication and listening skills
- A local network is a plus
- Sales or BD experience is an asset, but design know-how comes first
