We’re hiring in Boston!
CATUG is growing its commercial presence in the Boston biotech ecosystem, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager / Director to join our team.
If you have experience in CRO, CDMO, life science services, or biotech tools—and enjoy building client relationships, connecting with people at industry events, and moving opportunities forward—we’d like to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll develop new opportunities with biotech and pharma partners, support client outreach and follow-up, and work closely with our scientific teams on proposals and discussions. You’ll also represent CATUG at conferences, partnering events, and client meetings across the Boston/Cambridge area.
You’ll be joining a fast-growing team supporting partners in mRNA, LNP delivery systems, and CMC development. Curiosity about these technologies, a proactive approach, and confidence in customer-facing conversations will serve you well.
