Business Development Manager, Sales & Client Relations

Tasks

• Lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, drive customer acquisition, and generate revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales and account management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong experience in account management, client relationship building, and KPI monitoring.
• Technical knowledge or experience in the consultancy business is an advantage.
• Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and CRM tools. Basic knowledge of HubSpot is preferred; familiarity with Apollo is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Flexible, goal-oriented, resourceful, and capable of leading a team while driving customer acquisition and account growth.
• Willingness to conduct client visits and attend business events as required.

Schedule

• Hybrid (Monday & Tuesday – WFH; Wednesday to Friday – On-site)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
