Business Development Manager Saudi Arabia

About the role

Albario Engineering PVT Limited seeks a Business Development Manager with power sector expertise to drive O&M and services expansion in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities in O&M, AMC, studies, overhauls, election testing, and engineering services.
• Interpret technical specifications, tenders, RFQs, BOQs, and scopes of work, and coordinate with technical teams on proposals.
• Generate leads, acquire clients, manage tendering and negotiations, and develop contracts.
• Build client relationships and travel across KSA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
• MBA, a Master’s degree, or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant Business Development or Sales experience in the power generation or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of thermal, wind, solar, and oil and gas power plants.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi power generation, utilities, EPC, and industrial markets.
• Established relationships with power plant owners and operators, utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
• An existing network, especially in Jubail, Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Yanbu, is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
