The main responsibilities of the position include:Contribute to the implementation of the company’s market penetration and expansion strategyKeep abreast of the latest developments, products, marketing updates and relevant terms and conditions while positively communicating them to the target groupKeep up-to-date with the market competition and industry related newsEnsure that a high level of service is provided and client enquiries are dealt with attentivelyUndertake qualitative analysis on statistics to draw useful conclusions for the development of the businessPerform market data analysis and reportingProvide suggestions on system enhancementsEnsure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance proceduresAlways act in the best interest of the company and co-operate with the rest of the team to contribute efficiently towards growth and development of the businessBe available for potential travel within the assigned country for meetings and eventsContribute to team effort by reaching targets and cooperate effectively with other departments as necessarySupervise, monitor and coach the local team

Main requirements:Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience within the financial services industry will be considered an advantageFluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker with excellent oral and written skills in EnglishDynamic, innovative and target orientedOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumenVery good people management skillsVery good computer literacy
