Tasks

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing accounts and new prospects.
• Build and execute commercial strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and product penetration.
• Advise strategic partners on target markets, product strategies, and payment solutions.
• Lead consultative sales initiatives and negotiate with corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Train and support sales, call center, customer service, and support teams.
• Manage commercial objectives and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• Experienced business development professional with a background in Payments, commercial strategy, and consultative sales.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Business development, commercial strategy, and consultative sales experience.
• Experience managing personnel and/or commercial teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Solid/Advanced English proficiency.
