About Venture49Venture49 is a Miami-based staffing and recruitment firm that connects top remote talent with US companies. We're growing our own sales team and looking for two driven Business Development Representatives to help us win new client partnerships.
About the RoleAs a BDR, you'll be the engine of our pipeline. You'll generate leads and book qualified calls for our Senior Account Executive through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. You'll manage prospects in the CRM and hit weekly activity and booked-call targets. All tools and lead lists are provided, so you can focus on what you do best: getting in front of decision-makers and booking calls.

What We're Looking For- Experience in a BDR, SDR, or appointment-setting role- Perfect written and spoken English- Fearless on the phone and relentless about booking calls- Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach- CRM / pipeline management experience- Based in Venezuela or the Philippines
Nice to Have- LinkedIn outreach experience- Experience selling to US companies- Familiarity with sales tools (dialers, sequencers, Apollo, etc.)
Schedule & Setup- Full-time, 100% remote- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern)
Compensation (please read carefully)- Month 1 is a probation period: commission only, with no base salary. You earn commission on every booked and qualified call from day one.- From month 2, once results are proven: a monthly base of $500 to $1,200 USD, plus commission on top.- Paid in USD via Zelle, Wise, or PayPal.
