We're expanding our go-to-market team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive outbound efforts targeting mid-market and enterprise clients. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary of $5,000 USD per month and a clear career advancement path to Account Executive within 12 months for high performers. Key Responsibilities Lead targeted outbound business development campaigns into mid-market and enterprise accounts, generating qualified sales opportunities. Research and analyze prospective accounts to craft compelling, solution-fit narratives that resonate with both technical (CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors) and economic buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of our platform’s value to customer needs. Qualify inbound leads promptly and manage a robust outbound pipeline to exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine messaging, develop ideal customer profiles, and test new outreach strategies. Design comprehensive account plans that strategically prioritize high-potential opportunities and accelerate deal progression. Track and report on key metrics to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and pipeline quality. Represent Rida Khaleeq professionally at industry events and client meetings, embodying curiosity and creativity in sales approaches. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within technology or SaaS sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior technical and economic decision-makers. Proven ability to research and develop tailored sales narratives that address complex customer challenges. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for learning new technologies. Experience managing outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Comfortable working on-site in Toronto, with excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise data infrastructure, AI, or cloud computing technologies. Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Interest in career growth with a clear path to Account Executive roles.
