We are seeking a dynamic Business Head (Talc Unit) to join our team on a full-time or consultant basis, based in Texas, TX, or nearby adjoining areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market share.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve excellence and collaboration.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and forecasts to senior management regularly.
• Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability for talc business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and marketing initiatives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven leadership and sales strategy experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in minerals or industrial chemicals industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with sales management and reporting software tools.

Compensation: $12,000 per month
