Job description
Trustminds is hiring a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Developer for a contract-to-hire position in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This on-site role supports data-driven decision-making in the technology industry. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Apply data modeling techniques to organize data for comprehensive analysis.
- Create clear, concise visualizations of complex data for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Partner with data engineers, business analysts, and other teams to gather requirements and understand analytical needs.
- Assess data quality and troubleshoot data integrity, flow, and accuracy issues.
- Document business intelligence processes and reporting solutions.
- Support system enhancements and upgrades.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Strong data modeling and data analytics skills.
- Two to four years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management is preferred.
