Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team in Malvern, PA, on a Contract to Hire basis. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our data-driven decision-making process and will work extensively within the tech industry. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement effective Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements. Utilize data modeling techniques to structure data in ways that facilitate comprehensive data analysis. Create data visualizations to represent complex data sets clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business analysts, to gather requirements and understand analytical needs. Perform data quality assessments and troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, flow, and accuracy. Document BI processes and maintain appropriate documentation for reporting solutions. Support ongoing system enhancements and upgrades as necessary. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools. Strong skills in data modeling and data analytics techniques. Experience in ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles.
