Business Manager Multi-Family Rent Collections This Is Month Contract Position

Job description
UDR is hiring a Business Manager to join our operations team in Southern, CA. This position supports multiple properties (1500 – 2000 units) and offices out of 27 Seventy Five, our apartment community located in Costa Mesa, CA. This is 4 – 5 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Collect rent, manage utilities, post payments, and minimize delinquency.Legal & Evictions: Prepare notices, manage legal files, coordinate with authorities, and attend court hearings.Operations: Process move-out accounts (FAS), handle banking deposits, and update month-end reports.Customer Service: Provide high-touch support to residents and resolve security deposit disputes.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in property management or business operations.Specialties: Proven success with collections, evictions, and delinquency management.Software: OneSite experience is highly preferred.Skills: Strong organization and excellent communication.
Hourly Range
$28/hr. – $31/hr., depends on experience
