Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all milestones. Analyze current operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive operational documentation and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of new initiatives. Assist in executing projects and operational strategies effectively. Monitor project performance metrics and prepare regular progress updates for management. Support training efforts by coaching team members on project management best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Operations Management. Proven experience in project management with strong organizational skills. Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. 2-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with project managers and various teams to ensure alignment on goals and successful project outcomes.
