About the Role
Workflo is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Automation Analyst to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms and a strong grasp of process design, system integrations, and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Design and implement effective workflow automation solutions
- Configure routing logic, approval hierarchies, and process rules to streamline operations
- Integrate workflows with third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, and APIs
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize current automated workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, and system integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business process automation or workflow management
- Strong knowledge of workflow configurations, routing logic, and form design
- Experience with system integrations including APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Cflow, Pipefy, Kissflow, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
