About the Role
Workflo is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Automation Analyst to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows that improve operational efficiency. You’ll use workflow automation platforms, process design skills, integrations, and system configurations to deliver reliable solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role in Florida Ridge, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, configure, and implement workflow automation solutions.
- Set up routing logic, approval hierarchies, forms, and process rules.
- Integrate workflows with CRM and ERP systems, APIs, webhooks, and other third-party tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation for workflows, configurations, and integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in business process automation or workflow management.
- Strong knowledge of workflow configuration, routing logic, and form design.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, or third-party tools.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with a workflow automation platform such as Cflow, Pipefy, Kissflow, Microsoft Power Automate, or a similar tool.
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating AI-based workflows or intelligent automation.
- Exposure to no-code platforms.
- Understanding of process optimization methodologies.
