Job description
Pioneer Consulting Services LLC is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst for an asset management contract in Irvine, California. This hybrid role requires working onsite three days per week in Irvine or Los Angeles and is open to local candidates only.

Responsibilities and qualifications
- Bring strong asset management experience across portfolio management, trading, trade confirmation and settlement, and regulatory and client reporting.
- Apply knowledge of financial products, preferably fixed income.
- Understand the order and trade lifecycle, including pre-trade, execution, and post-trade workflows.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with engineering and technology teams.
- Support backlog grooming and Agile delivery using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Use SQL and data analysis to investigate and validate business data; Python experience is a plus.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technology functions.
- Communicate and present clearly to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

- Bloomberg
- Archer IMS experience is a plus
