- 10+ years of BA/BSA experience
- Strong U.S. Healthcare Claims experience
- Payment Integrity / FWA / Revenue Cycle knowledge
- Strong understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle – MUST
- Experience with AI, analytics & intelligent automation
- Strong SQL & data analysis skills
- Agile experience
- Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
