Job description
About the role
Client: CVS
Tasks
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis and support system enhancements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA and Confluence.
- Support system integration and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Local Candidates Only
- Visa: USC, GC, GC EAD, TN
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Knowledge of system integration and SDLC.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
- Immediate start (ASAP).
