RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to customer or production specifications
- Debone, portion, and prepare meat for display or packaging
- Operate knives and butcher equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and equipment
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous butcher or meat-cutting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and portioning
- Ability to use knives and related equipment safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Flexible to work different shifts and weekends when required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Safety shoes required
