Butcher Meat Processor

Wild America Taxidermy & Deer Processing / Smitty’s Meats is looking for an experienced butcher or meat processor to join our team in Union Grove, NC.

What we’re looking for:
• Hands-on meat cutting and processing experience is required.
• Experience slaughtering, skinning, gutting, and processing deer or livestock is strongly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with solid meat-cutting experience.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:
• Seasonal position: August through January (opportunity for year-round work for the right person)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Some Saturdays and overtime required during peak deer season (November–December)
• Pay based on experience
