Mónica sacristán is hiring a part-time Technology Accessories Sales Associate for an in-store retail role in Cali. Help customers find technology accessories that suit their needs, provide attentive service, and contribute to daily sales goals in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers select and purchase technology accessories.
• Stay informed about products and promotions to answer customer questions.
• Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Organize and restock merchandise to maintain an appealing sales floor.
• Communicate proactively with customers to support sales and satisfaction.
• Work with colleagues to meet sales goals and share product feedback.
• Attend training to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in a relevant field.
• Sales experience; retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of technology accessories and trends is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.
• At least one year of retail sales experience is preferred.

Team and Reporting

Report to the Store Manager and collaborate with sales associates and the marketing team. The role is based at the store in Cali and is not remote.
