Cable Technician

Key Responsibilities Install, test, and repair cable lines for various services, including internet, television, and phone systems. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation of cable infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cable services promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute cable installation projects. Document service calls and maintenance activities accurately in company systems. Maintain inventory of tools and materials needed for installation and repair tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries with professionalism. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in telecommunications or a related field. Familiarity with basic hand tools and technical equipment used in cable installation. Ability to work in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. In this role, you will be a part of a collaborative team structure consisting of experienced technicians and team leads who provide ongoing support and mentorship. You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager and work closely with customer service representatives to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
