CAD ORTHOPEDIC FOOTWEAR DESIGNER / PATTERN MAKER

RESPONSIBILITIES (as described in the posting caption): Developing custom orthopedic footwear upper patterns using 2D CAD software; Creating and adapting footwear constructions according to individual patient needs and orthopedic requirements; Applying technical solutions based on anatomical characteristics and prescribed orthopedic corrections; Preparing CAD files, technical documentation, and production data; Reviewing and optimizing constructions together with our production team; Ensuring accuracy, functionality, fit, and manufacturability.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Professional experience in custom-made orthopedic footwear design and pattern making; Strong knowledge of orthopedic footwear construction, fitting, and production processes; Practical experience with 2D CAD software; High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with our team remotely.

An advantage: Experience with ShoeMaster CAD/CAM; Experience in orthopedic, medical, or custom-made footwear manufacturing; Knowledge of footwear grading, technical specifications, and production workflows.
