Café Staff

We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable team member to join our Bean Park family!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve quality drinks as a barista
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Prepare daily reports (sales, inventory, and other required reports)
- Handle POS transactions, and basic closing duties
- Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least high school graduate
- Barista experience is a must
- Willing to be trained for kitchen and other café tasks
- Good communication skills and customer service oriented
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
