Call Center Specialist

Role Description This full-time Call Center Specialist role is an on-site position based in La Romana. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information to customers. Responsibilities include resolving issues, documenting interactions in the system, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary. The role also involves following established scripts and procedures, meeting productivity and quality metrics, and maintaining a professional and courteous tone in all communications. The Call Center Specialist will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve customer experience and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear spoken and written communication in relevant languages.Candidates should possess familiarity with Contact Centers, including call handling procedures and use of telephony systems.Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy, including the ability to navigate CRM tools, email, and basic office software.Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines.Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, reliability in attendance and punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is beneficial
