Call Centre Agent – Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Sinenhlanhla Dynamic Recruitment is hiring a full-time Call Centre Agent in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This on-site customer service role is suited to a communicative, helpful candidate who can deliver positive customer experiences through phone and email support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with accurate information and practical solutions.
• Communicate in a friendly, professional manner and help maintain customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently using company procedures.
• Join team discussions on process improvements and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with colleagues to support communication between departments.
• Work toward performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Matric Certificate or higher education is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence using computer systems and CRM software.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred, but not required.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.

Work Environment and Reporting

Pay and Employment
