Campaign Manager

Tasks

• Oversee campaign performance and daily operations.
• Drive KPIs and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Analyze results and implement effective action plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Training and QA to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in BPO Operations Management (Sales or Retentions preferred).
• Proven experience leading large teams, Supervisors, and Team Leaders.
• Strong knowledge of operational KPIs, productivity, quality and attendance.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 preferred).
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and implementing performance improvement strategies.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead in a fast-paced environment.
