Our client is seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, developing campus partnerships, and driving full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top emerging talent.The ideal candidate has experience managing university recruiting programs, collaborating with business leaders, and creating exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully onsite in McLean, VA, and requires up to 50% travel during peak recruiting seasons.
ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle campus recruiting for assigned universities and academic programs.Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other campus partners.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.Source and engage high-potential students through campus events, networking, career fairs, and targeted outreach initiatives.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of intern and entry-level candidates.Coordinate and attend recruiting events, information sessions, interviews, and other on-campus activities.Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication and efficient recruiting processes.Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring strategies and pipeline performance.Manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate recruiting records.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute successful hiring initiatives and strengthen the organization's campus brand.Qualifications3+ years of full-cycle campus recruiting experience.Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and university partners.Experience recruiting for competitive industries such as construction, consulting, accounting, technology, engineering, or professional services is preferred.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday.Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the year for campus recruiting activities.Why Apply?Opportunity to lead campus recruiting initiatives and make a direct impact on hiring strategy.Highly visible role partnering with business leaders across the organization.Collaborative, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth.Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.Stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established organization.
