Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable business workflows using Camunda Modeler to optimize process efficiency. Develop BPMN 2.0 workflows and DMN decision tables that align with enterprise automation goals. Integrate Camunda BPM with backend systems leveraging Java, REST APIs, and microservices architecture for seamless data flow. Deploy and manage workflow applications on Apache Tomcat servers or cloud platforms, ensuring high availability. Manage process data effectively using SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. Troubleshoot and optimize production issues to maintain peak process performance and reliability. Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into automated workflows. Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices in BPM development and deployment. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience with Camunda BPM and strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and DMN standards. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot development frameworks. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Solid knowledge of SQL databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex workflow issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred: Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
