☑️ Graduate of any 4 year course
☑️ With 1 to 2 years experience in Community Development, FRESH GRADUATE are welcome to apply
☑️ Able to conceptualize and write research project proposal
☑️ Able to facilitate trainings and make training modules
☑️ Willing to do fieldwork within CANSUR Area.
☑️ Passion to work with Entrepreneurial Urban Poor Sector (NGO)
☑️ Trustworthy, has a good communication and able to maintain confidentiality
