Tasks

• Prescreen DSCR loans and make pricing decisions aligned with company strategy and investor guidelines
• Own the end-to-end DSCR loan sale process, from commitment through delivery
• Negotiate and manage loan sale agreements with investors
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships
• Gather market feedback to support pricing, guidelines, and product strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and improve DSCR pricing frameworks
• Monitor pipeline metrics, fallout, and risk indicators and report findings to leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related analytical field
• 2–5+ years of experience in capital markets, private lending, warehouse lending, structured finance, or mortgage banking
• Direct experience with DSCR or residential transition lending preferred
• Strong understanding of DSCR underwriting fundamentals, collateral, credit, and risk pricing
• Experience with secondary-market loan sale execution
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills
