Key Responsibilities Assist customers with selecting and renting vehicles, offering expert guidance on options available. Manage the entire rental process including data entry, vehicle inspections, and preparing rental contracts. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a friendly and professional approach. Maintain vehicle inventory by ensuring all cars are clean, well-maintained, and ready for rental. Process payments and handle account transactions accurately following company policies. Work collaboratively with sales, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals focused on customer satisfaction and rental volume. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. High School Diploma or equivalent education. Proven customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or car rental industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Basic computer skills; familiarity with rental management software is a plus.
