Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car rental inquiries and vehicle selection.

• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain vehicle inventory ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Process payments and handle account transactions following company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Meet individual and team performance goals focused on customer satisfaction and rental volume.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or car rental industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with rental management software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
