Job description
Vida Motors is hiring a full-time Car Rental Representative in Huacas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. In this customer-facing role, you will help local residents and visitors find rental vehicles and enjoy a smooth, welcoming rental experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and rental questions.
- Complete rental transactions, enter customer information, inspect vehicles, and prepare contracts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, friendly manner.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and help ensure cars are clean, maintained, and ready to rent.
- Process payments and account transactions according to company policies.
- Coordinate with the rental, sales, and maintenance teams to support daily operations.
- Work toward individual and team goals for customer satisfaction and rental volume.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience; hospitality or car rental experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Basic computer skills; experience with rental management software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
