Tasks

• Prepare students for the job market through workshops & one-on-one career mentoring using the Gurnick Edge platform
• Assist with student and graduate job placement
• Organize mock interviews, resume preparation & professional development workshops
• Build relationships with employers and create job opportunities
• Organize job fairs and alumni events
• Maintain placement data and statistics
• Provide job leads, referrals and ongoing support
• Collaborate with industry partners and maintain placement sites

Requirements

• Associate Degree (Bachelor's preferred) or at least 2 years related experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets
• Organizational knowledge of educational institutions
• Outside sales experience
• Preferred management experience in a school environment and recruiting environment

Schedule

• Full-Time

• $24–$28/hour
