Job description
Refer a friend, Change a Life! Referral Incentive: Get $200 for Each Referred Caregiver who completes the program.
$100 when they start with their first client.
$100 after 3 consecutive active months.
Additional: once the referred caregiver stays active on 3 consecutive months with complete requirement and positive feedback from the client.
HOW IT WORKS?
1) REFER: A qualified friend or loved one to join SCC. It only takes a few minutes!
2) THEY COMPLETE THE PROGRAM: They submit all requirement and finish the process. We’ll guide them every step of the way!
3) THEY GET PLACED & STAY ACTIVE: They get their 1st client and remain active for 3 consecutive months with complete requirements and positive feedback. Your referral makes a difference!
REQUIREMENTS:
W2 Employee with SSN
Registered Home Care Aide (HCA)
HCA Approval Letter
DSS Background Clearance
Unexpired TB Test
Unexpired CPR & First Aid
