Job description
About the role
provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients in their homes and community settings.
Tasks
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan and within your training/scope (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and companionship, as required.
- Follow the clients care plan as directed by the Care Designer and report concerns or changes in condition promptly.
- Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, positioning, and exercises as instructed/trained; use mobility aids and equipment saf
Pay
- $20 per hour
