Key Responsibilities Assist clients with essential daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene to promote dignity and comfort. Monitor and accurately record vital signs and observe physical or emotional changes, ensuring timely communication with healthcare professionals. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation. Administer prescribed medications under supervision and assist with mobility, rehabilitation, and exercise routines to support recovery goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by adhering strictly to health and safety protocols and infection control standards. Document all care activities meticulously in client records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support family members by providing updates and guidance, fostering trust and transparency in care delivery. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent credential. Strong compassion, communication skills, and physical stamina to perform caregiving duties effectively. Basic proficiency in first aid and time management. Experience in caregiving or related healthcare roles preferred but not mandatory. Preferred: Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
