As a Caregiver with Compassionate Home Care, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your skills in providing personalized care. Our mission is to empower you to grow professionally while serving seniors across Buckeye, Tonopah, Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Peoria, Glendale, Tolleson, and Phoenix west of the 17 freeway. This on-site position pays between $15.50 and $17.00 per hour, reflecting competitive local rates for caregiving roles in Phoenix. Key Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their quality of life and reducing feelings of isolation. Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Help with meal preparation ensuring clients receive nutritious and timely meals. Run errands such as grocery shopping or pharmacy visits to support client independence. Provide medication reminders to help clients adhere to prescribed schedules and improve health outcomes. Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s care through specialized training and compassionate techniques. Follow individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals to meet each client’s unique needs. Communicate effectively with clients and family members to report changes and ensure coordinated care. What We're Looking For Required: Must be 18 years or older to comply with state regulations. No prior caregiving experience required; we provide full training. No CNA license necessary, making this role accessible to entry-level candidates. Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality essential for quality care. Willingness to learn and adhere to detailed care plans and safety protocols.
