REQUIREMENTS TO WORK AS A CAREGIVER IN ARIZONA
• High school diploma or GED
• Completed a state-approved caregiver training program (or equivalent training hours as required by Arizona law)
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• TB test (within the last 12 months)
• Valid Photo ID (state-issued ID or driver's license)
• Proof of Employment Eligibility (U.S. work authorization—must complete E-Verify)
