Caretaker 2

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• A valid Firemans Certificate would be considered an asset.
• A minimum of one year of related experience in commercial or institutional custodial services, building operations or facility maintenance.
• Experience providing work direction, training or supervision to employees would be considered an asset.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
• Related post-secondary education or training in custodial services, building operations, facility maintenance, occupational health and safety, HVAC systems, power engineering or a recognized building t

Schedule

• Temporary full-time.
• Starting October 28, 2026, or as mutually agreed upon, to June 30, 2027, or upon return of employee on leave.
• 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week (weekdays/day shift)

Pay

• Year 1 $27.68 per hour
