Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship by engaging seniors in conversation, games, and recreational activities. Monitor health and safety including medication reminders and reporting any changes in condition promptly. Support mobility by helping clients navigate their homes safely and providing transportation to appointments. Maintain a clean and organized living space to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care. Participate in training and team meetings to continuously improve caregiving skills and share insights. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with valid California certification. Minimum of 1 year experience in personal care, preferably with elderly clients. Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation duties. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to relate effectively with clients and families.
