Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of carports and grounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal, meeting company standards. Manage pool maintenance tasks, including chemical balancing, cleaning, and timely repairs to maintain optimal water quality and safety compliance. Install and maintain fencing systems, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and enhancing site security. Set up and operate sound systems for events and daily operations, guaranteeing clear and reliable audio performance.
