Job description
Brabiza construction is hiring a full-time Carport and Grounds Maintenance Specialist in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. This on-site role helps keep our facilities clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain carports and grounds, keeping all areas clean, safe, and presentable.
- Maintain pools by cleaning, balancing chemicals, and completing repairs as needed.
- Install and maintain fences in line with safety requirements and applicable regulations.
- Set up and operate sound systems for events and daily operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Photograph site conditions and improvements for maintenance records and marketing use.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work, inventory, and time.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in groundskeeping or facilities maintenance.
- Practical technical skills in maintenance and repairs.
