Job description
Brabiza construction is looking for a dedicated and proactive Carport and Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of carports and grounds to maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal.
- Manage pool maintenance tasks including chemical balancing, cleaning, and necessary repairs.
- Install and maintain fences, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Set up and operate sound systems for events and daily operations to guarantee optimal performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing client queries and concerns.
- Use photography skills to document ground conditions and improvements for records and marketing.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and time management for operational efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience in groundskeeping or maintenance roles.
