Carrier Retention Specialist

About the RolePeak Altitude is looking for a motivated Carrier Retention Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on re-engaging inactive customers, preventing account churn, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesRe-engage inactive and past customers through phone, email, and SMS outreach.Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to reactivate accounts.Understand customer concerns and provide solutions that encourage them to continue using our services.Proactively identify at-risk accounts and help prevent customer churn.Resolve account and billing-related questions or coordinate with internal teams for resolution.Maintain accurate customer records and activities within CRM systems.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to improve customer retention strategies.Meet and exceed monthly retention and reactivation goals.Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications2+ years of experience in Customer Retention, Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales, or a related customer-facing role.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or the trucking industry is highly preferred.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
